I like the shower head and the pressure is good, however the weight of the head is an issue if you have a plastic shower riser as it doesn’t support the head very well (keeps falling down). Not too sure I have noticed a difference yet in the softness of the water.

The one downfall is that our shower head has dropped several times from the holder, which is dangerous when showering children as the head is heavy.
